Peninsula Golf Club is a 9-hole regulation-length golf course in Massapequa, New York.
This championship-length layout has 3 sets of tee boxes for a fun, but challenging golfing experience. Fairways are narrow, but the rough is kept short and the greens are deceptively challenging.
The course measures just over 3,300 yards from the furthest tees and plays to a par of 37 since there are two par 5s and only one par three.
Peninsula Golf Course Massapequa provides PGA Professional Golf Instruction. The club’s team of PGA professionals provides expert coaching and guidance to golfers of all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned players. The PGA professional instructors at the Peninsula Golf Club offer a variety of lesson options, including private instruction, group lessons, clinics, and golf schools.
We use the latest teaching technologies, such as video analysis, launch monitors, and swing simulators, to provide comprehensive feedback on a golfer’s swing and technique. The Peninsula Golf Course Massapequa appears to be an excellent opportunity for junior golfers to improve their skills and have fun on the golf course.
Peninsula is known for its great condition, well-manicured fairways and greens, and blooming flower beds. The facilities can accommodate full swing, pitching, chipping, and putting instruction, which takes place each day before lunch. Lunch is provided and prepared by the restaurant staff on the property. After lunch, the campers will be taken onto the golf course for the remainder of the day.
Proper golfing attire is required at all times. Tee shirts, sweatshirts, cut-off shorts, running shorts, tank, or halter tops, dungarees, jeans, or crew neck sweaters without shirts are not allowed. No jeans (any color) are permitted on the course.
Each camp is 5 days, Monday through Friday, with the hours being from 9:30 am – 4:00 pm. The cost of the week is $695, which includes lunch and green fees. An early registration discount of $50 is available if registered before May 1, 2024.
Lunch and green fees are included. A two hundred dollar ($200) deposit is required to secure your child’s spot in the camp, with the balance due on the first day of camp. Payment is non-refundable after May 1, 2024.
